Q. How Do I Place Order?

To place your order, follow these steps:

1. Browse through our catalog until you find something you like. Choose the relevant size (if you are not sure about the size, refer the size infographic) and click on the ‘Add To Cart’ button (you can add multiple items to the cart).
2. ‘In My Cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.

3. To shop with us, you can log in with your ‘Casual Hai’ account or continue as a guest user.

4. Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, enter the shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

Q. How Will I Receive My Order

We will ship your order to the shipping address. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your order will be delivered at your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

Q. How will I know that my order has been placed successfully?

We will send you an email with your order information to confirm your purchase and another email when your order is shipped. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you only after your credit/debit card and address details have been verified.

Q. When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 6-7 days. The time is depend upon location of delivery.

Q. I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?

1. Check your bank/credit card account to ensure that your account has been debited. If your account is debited but the transaction has failed then the money is normally credited back to the account within 7 business days.

Q. How can I check the status of my order?

After ordering once the product is shipped you will be notified with your shipment details which you can track status of your order on casualhai.aftership.com

Q. How can I cancel my order?

For prepaid orders, please contact us at support@casualhai.com to cancel the order and refund your payment. Refund will be processed through the same payment mode within 12-15 business days.

If the order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment and let us know as well. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else.

In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, please write to us at Support@casualhai.com. We will help you out with customized solutions wherever possible .

Q. How & When Can I Return Product or Apply For Refund?

1. Customers can return or ask for refund for their order within 7 days of the order delivery.

2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Payment gateway charges and Cash on Delivery charges will not be refunded, wherever applicable.

4. In case of reverse pick up, the availability of reverse pick up on the given pin code will be checked.

5. If available, reverse pick up will be done within next 3 working days.  Please do not pay even if asked by pick up person and reject to handover the package.

6. Once we have received the items in the expected condition, order amount will be refunded through the same payment mode within 3-9 business days.

7. In case of Cash on Delivery mode, the customer will be asked for NEFT details.

Q. Is it safe to shop online if I make pay using net banking, debit card or credit card?

All credit card, debit card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure and encrypted connection.

Q. Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is borne by us. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

Q. What should I do if my payment fails?

1. In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring the following:

3. Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
