Exchange & Return Policy

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@casualhai.com within 5 days of receiving the item.

In line with our commitment to hygiene standards for our products, all exchanges will undergo a quality check by our team and will be either approved or declined for exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if:

(1) the products are returned after use,

(2) the products are damaged.

Once an exchange is confirmed, it must be shipped back by the customer with the tracking ID forwarded to us at support@casualhai.com on the same email thread.

After we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 5-7 business days.

If you have received a defective product, please send images to support@casualhai.com, and we will respond within 24 hours.

Exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different size and only once.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We cannot guarantee that the size you require will be in stock. If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue you a store credit valid for 2 months from the date of issuance.
